Supervising and training apprentices and other licensed plumbers, providing constructive feedback on their progress and performance. Designing and laying out work, developing work lists, and installing systems according to plans, specifications, and blueprints. Promoting safety, teamwork, and Howe's high-quality standards on every job site. What you'll bring to the table: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing job site needs. Leadership abilities to train and guide team members while working collaboratively with other contractors. A professional appearance and demeanor. Your own hand tools and a valid driver's license for commuting to job sites. Minimum of 4 years of field experience in plumbing and piping systems required. Possession and maintenance of a current South Dakota state and Sioux Falls city plumbing license required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
