What You'll Do Lead plumbing installations on new construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing diagrams, and project plans Oversee and mentor plumbing helpers and junior plumbers on job sites Coordinate with project foremen, other trades, and site supervisors to keep projects on schedule Install and oversee rough-ins, water lines, drain lines, and plumbing systems Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards Requirements 3+ years of plumbing experience in new construction required Proven ability to lead and mentor a team on job sites Strong blueprint reading and plumbing layout skills Comfortable using hand and power tools; able to lift and work in physically demanding environments Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork Why Stone Mechanical Lead a team on exciting new construction projects Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement
