PRST is seeking experienced Commercial & Residential Plumber with the ability to install residential split-system AC units for custom residential construction projects in the Franklin, TN area. This position is ideal for a skilled trades professional who has experience working on both commercial and residential plumbing systems and is comfortable performing HVAC installation work on high-end custom homes. Candidates must have strong experience with non-PEX piping systems, including copper piping installations, and be capable of reading blueprints, coordinating with other trades, and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing systems.

Perform rough-in and finish plumbing on custom residential construction projects.

Install and work with copper, PVC, CPVC, cast iron, ABS, and other non-PEX piping systems.

Sweat, braze, solder, and assemble piping systems according to plans and specifications.

Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, gas lines, DWV systems, and water supply systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.

Install residential split-system air conditioning units, including condensers, air handlers, line sets, and condensate drains.

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and startup procedures.

Ensure all work complies with applicable building, plumbing, mechanical, and safety codes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Coordinate work effectively with project managers, builders, and other trades.
