About the Role We are hiring a Lead Commercial Plumbing Tech to support and guide field operations on active construction projects. This role combines hands-on plumbing work with leadership responsibilities, helping ensure that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and according to plan. You'll work closely with project leadership while coordinating crews, managing daily tasks, and keeping projects on track. Travel is part of the role (approximately 25-50%), primarily within the regional market.
