About the Role We are hiring a Commercial Plumbing Journeyman to support and guide field operations on active construction projects. This role combines hands-on plumbing work with leadership responsibilities, helping ensure that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and according to plan. You'll work closely with project leadership while coordinating crews, managing daily tasks, and keeping projects on track. Travel is part of the role (approximately 25-50%), primarily within the regional market. Key Responsibilities Lead and support plumbing crews on commercial and industrial job sites Coordinate daily work activities and assist with scheduling Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members Monitor job progress to help keep projects on schedule and within scope Schedule Full-time hours (40+ per week) Monday through Friday schedule with overtime as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years of commercial plumbing experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean record Willingness to travel regularly to job sites Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and job site practices OSHA 10 and 30 certifications Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to guide, train, and support team members What We Offer Health insurance with 100% employer-paid individual plan option Monthly wellness allowance for gym or fitness expenses Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage 401(k) with up to 3% company match Paid time off including vacation, holidays, and sick days Tool and work gear allowances Vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement for travel Employee referral bonus program Team-oriented culture with company events and strong support system
