This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently while representing the company professionally in the field.What BME Offers You Top Pay:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems including: Domestic water systems Sanitary and storm drainage systems Gas piping systems Fixtures, valves, backflow preventers, and pumps Perform service work, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommended repairs Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and dispatch Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Maintain tools, service vehicle, and jobsite cleanliness Participate in on-call rotation as requiredRequired Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing service Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical roomsPreferred Qualifications:
Backflow certification Experience in healthcare, industrial, or institutional facilities Experience with pumps, booster systems, and gas piping OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationSalary Range:
