Residential Service Plumber

Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing projects Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and other construction tools safely and effectively Conduct remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing work to upgrade or replace existing systems Assist with construction site tasks such as carpentry, heavy lifting, and assembly to support plumbing projects Follow safety protocols on construction sites and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for each service call Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing or residential plumbing services with a solid understanding of plumbing systems in homes Familiarity with construction site procedures including safety practices and use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, HVAC plans, and mechanical diagrams accurately Experience with pipe threading, welding techniques, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates Knowledge of carpentry basics, remodeling processes, handyman tasks, and assembly work is highly desirable Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for traveling between service locations Prior work involving HVAC systems or general construction site experience is a plus Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship in residential settings!
