Job Overview Mr. Rooter of Spring Hill / Columbia is hiring and we're looking for someone that wants an opportunity to help us grow in a fun work environment. We're looking for an experienced plumber to become one of the founding members of our local team . You'll have the opportunity to help establish how the company operates, help build our reputation in the community, and potentially grow into a Lead Plumber, Field Supervisor, or Operations leadership position as the business expands. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing problems Perform drain cleaning, water heater service/replacement, fixture repairs, leak repairs, sewer/drain work and other residential plumbing services Use your issued company iPad to explain plumbing problems and repair options and pricing to homeowners Provide professional, high-quality customer service and log calls on ServiceTitan (we'll train if needed) Keep your service vehicle, tools and inventory organized Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and service quality Run your territory like it's your own business What We're Looking For 2 - 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong residential service and repair experience Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Valid driver's license and clean/reasonable driving record Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, professional and self-motivated Ability to work independently without constant supervision Tennessee plumbing licensing/certifications are highly desirable Experience supervising or training other plumbers is a major plus 20+ years of experience is absolutely welcome Most importantly, we're looking for someone with an ownership mentality who wants to take pride in helping build a successful local operation. As the company grows, our goal is to promote from within. The right first hire could have the opportunity to progress from Service Plumber → Lead Plumber → Field/Service Manager as additional technicians and trucks are added. You'll be working with a hands-off owner that will allow you to grow and make decisions. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and licensing.
