We specialize in locating and repairing plumbing leaks with minimal damage as possible. Our ALD leak specialists locate the leaks and offer the repair bids then our repair plumbers come in and do the rest. Job expectations for the position will mainly be repairing water line leaks in the yard, overhead re-routes, as well as sewer and below slab drain pipe repairs by tunneling or through slab. We also do work on commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay of 40 hours a week plus monthly performance bonus pay. Pay listed is starting base pay, not including monthly bonus. Our company also offers a variety of benefit packages from health insurance to retirement 401K with match.

TRAVEL AREA

is primarily throughout the Austin and surrounding areas (with occassional out of town travel most frequently in the San Antonio area) in a company provided work truck. Work trucks are expected to be taken home daily.

Work Week:

Monday - Friday; 9am - 5:00pm, some days 8am to 6pm depending on jobsite locations (outside of metro area) Pay listed is starting pay and is commensurate with experience / competency-based pay. Additional monthly performance bonus pay. Current Tradesman or Journeyman license is

Work Experience Required Must have four years plumbing repair experience (not including service repairs). Must have good customer service skills and good communication skills. Work will be primarily in the Austin and surrounding area. Candidates with the ability to problem solve and use field related software apps are highly desirable. Previous experience with ServiceTitan dispatching is a PLUS Duties will include: ALD provides plumbing repairs to clients with leaks we have located during our electronic testing; we do not provide service plumbing. Some weekend/night jobs possible for commercial projects, on a volunteer basis with additional pay. Travel out of the metro area is likely.
