What You'll Do Respond to residential and commercial septic service calls. Diagnose septic system issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform septic maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventative service. Present repair estimates and explain service options to homeowners. Complete septic work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Document service calls using ServiceTitan or similar field service software. Participate in a light on-call rotation (approximately once every 4-5 weeks). Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with homeowners. What We're Looking For Septic license or willingness to obtain one through our company-sponsored training program. Strong work ethic with a dependable and positive attitude. Comfortable working independently in the field. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Ability to present repair recommendations and close approved work. Willingness to participate in a light on-call rotation. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Previous septic service or maintenance experience. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software. Sales or customer service experience. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Why Join Us?
