Commercial Plumber Pay:

$32.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience $5,000 Sign-On Bonus — Paid in 25% Installments Quarterly KMP Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for experienced Commercial Plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong commercial plumbing experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can safely and efficiently install plumbing systems according to project specifications and applicable plumbing and building codes.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret commercial plumbing blueprints and drawings Install piping, fittings, fixtures, and plumbing systems Install domestic water, sanitary waste, vent, and drainage systems Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubing Identify and repair leaks or other plumbing issues Install new fixtures and replace faulty fixtures as needed Follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and project specifications Work effectively with supervisors, other trades, and members of the project team Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

Previous commercial plumbing experience Knowledge of commercial water distribution, waste, vent, and drainage systems Ability to read commercial plumbing drawings and specifications Experience using plumbing tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform physical work and work in tight or awkward spaces Journeyman Plumber License Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
