In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling and maintenance, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and in existing buildings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction tools to complete installations and repairs Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Conduct system inspections to identify issues related to plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or mechanical components Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively Follow schematics and technical instructions for assembly, remodeling, or maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with building codes Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations during project planning and execution Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for project documentation Experience Proven field service experience in construction plumbing or related trades with a strong understanding of plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings Hands-on experience with construction site work including heavy lifting, pipe threading, welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate installations Knowledge of HVAC systems or mechanical components is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform remodeling or handyman tasks related to plumbing maintenance or repairs Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or material transport Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-quality plumbing solutions!
