Job Type:
Full-Time Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and dependable Plumber Helper who is eager to learn the plumbing trade. This position is ideal for someone with little or no plumbing experience who wants to build a long-term career. You will work alongside experienced plumbers, receive hands-on training, and develop the skills needed to become a successful plumber. Responsibilities Assist plumbers with commercial plumbing installations and repairs. Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. Dig trenches and prepare work areas when needed. Cut, measure, and assemble pipe under supervision. Help troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform basic repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Perform other duties as assigned while learning the trade. Qualifications No plumbing experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Dependable with excellent attendance. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions. Comfortable using hand and power tools or willing to learn.
