Duties Diagnose plumbing issues using experience, and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes efficiently. Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and related components. Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and sewer cleaning equipment to complete tasks accurately. Read and interpret repair and installation manuals Have knowledge of Service Titan Software and computer skills to build repair estimates. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for quality assurance. Follow safety protocols on residential/commercial locations to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with maintenance tasks or assembly projects as needed to support overall home improvement efforts. Prior experience in related fields such as plumbing service and remodeling, is highly preferred. Valid Plumbing tradesmen or Journeyman Valid driver's license (TDL) Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations. Previous maintenance person experience or involvement in remodeling projects demonstrating versatility in home improvement tasks.
