TDIndustries is proud to partner with the Construction Education Foundation (CEF) of North Texas to offer a comprehensive Plumbing Apprentice Program designed to launch careers in the skilled trades. Apprentices will start hands-on training while attending CEF's accredited plumbing curriculum over a four-year period. This state‑recognized apprenticeship blends real-world jobsite experience with industry-leading classroom instruction, preparing individuals to become licensed plumbers and long-term professionals in the construction and mechanical trades.Company Overview:

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will: Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Support the layout and assembly of piping, fixtures, valves, and fittings Practice proper tool use, material identification, and safe work methods Work closely with journeyman plumbers and supervisors to develop proficiency Attend required CEF classes weekly (typically in the evenings) Progress through a structured training program with regular evaluations Follow all TDIndustries and job site safety standards Program Details 4-year commitment to both on-the-job training and CEF schooling ABC classes cover: plumbing theory, code requirements, math, blueprint reading, safety, and installation practices Apprentices work full‑time and receive raises as skills and training benchmarks are met All training hours count toward eligibility for the Journeyman Plumbing License Opportunities for long‑term career growth withinTDIndustries Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade Interest in construction, mechanical systems, or hands‑on work Ability to work in outdoor and indoor job site environments Commitment to completing the full 4-year apprenticeship program Reliable transportation to job sites and CEF classes Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills Why Join TDIndustries?
