We are looking for more than someone who can simply perform repairs — we need a technically strong plumber who is confident working directly with homeowners, diagnosing problems, presenting repair options, and generating work. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumber who enjoys both the technical and customer-facing side of residential service plumbing.

Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair common residential plumbing issues independently Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, drains, water heaters, and related systems Perform residential service calls and accurately identify the root cause of plumbing problems Present customers with clear repair and replacement options Explain recommended solutions, pricing, and value in a professional and easy-to-understand manner Build trust with homeowners and confidently close recommended work Perform drain cleaning, snaking, and other common plumbing services Use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Maintain accurate service records and communicate job details with the office Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area Provide exceptional customer service on every call Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company procedures Required Qualifications 3-4+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in residential service plumbing Strong residential service and sales experience Ability to independently diagnose and perform common residential plumbing repairs and installations Comfortable presenting multiple repair or replacement options to homeowners Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform the physical requirements of the position Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to the Far North Dallas area Strongly Preferred Commercial plumbing or commercial service experience Experience with drain cleaning and snaking Experience using sewer cameras Hydro-jetting experience Familiarity with commercial plumbing fixtures Basic commercial plumbing service experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines strong technical plumbing skills with excellent customer service and sales ability. Our plumbing division is being built around our existing customer base, so this first hire will play an important role in its growth. The ideal candidate can diagnose problems, recommend multiple solutions, communicate the value of those solutions, and confidently generate and close work.
