This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality service in plumbing and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be based in El Paso, TX, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of plumbing installations and repairs. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand plumbing layouts. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project success. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
