In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to deliver top-quality service. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards Perform plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex piping systems Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently and accurately Conduct drain cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to clear blockages and prevent future issues Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately install or repair plumbing systems Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fitting pipes, and modifying existing plumbing infrastructure as needed Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including leak detection, pipe repair, and system testing to ensure optimal performance Utilize plumbing inspection cameras for detailed assessments of underground or hidden piping networks Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor required for construction site work while maintaining safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs or installations clearly and professionally Skills Construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Proficiency in welding techniques applicable to plumbing projects Skilled in drain cleaning methods using specialized equipment Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing assembly techniques Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing work Experience operating company vehicles safely within job sites and neighborhoods Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately Knowledge of water systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repairs Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Heavy lifting capability for handling materials such as pipes or fixtures on construction sites Handyman experience including remodeling or fixture installation projects Construction site experience with adherence to safety standards in dynamic environments Join our team if you're passionate about delivering high-quality plumbing solutions!
