The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, Generac Generators and construction, demonstrating expertise in various plumbing tasks and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Install Generac Generators with Liquid Propane and Natural Gas. Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and materials needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations. Execute heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Collaborate with other trades on construction sites, ensuring timely project completion. Provide field service for plumbing issues, troubleshooting problems effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with remodeling projects as needed, applying carpentry skills where applicable. Skills Proficient in construction plumbing techniques and practices. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems. Experience in welding for pipe fittings or repairs is a plus. Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately. Previous experience on construction sites is essential. Ability to perform maintenance person tasks beyond plumbing when necessary. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
