Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:

Journeyman Plumber's License and Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will serve as a vital technical lead, driving the successful installation of plumbing and radiant heat systems across high-end projects in Southwestern Wyoming. This role offers the chance to mentor apprentices while enjoying a family-focused culture that prioritizes your work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to manage on-site tasks and the stability of a company established in the community for over 25 years. How You Will Make an Impact Execute daily field tasks for new construction and service calls, including service sales using our industry enhanced software to ensure high-quality project delivery. Mentor and guide apprentices in their trade development to foster the next generation of skilled plumbers. Coordinate with site superintendents and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain code compliance. Manage material procurement and forecasting to ensure project scheduling continuity and efficiency. Implement OSHA safety practices to maintain a secure environment for yourself and your teammates. Interpret detailed project drawings and specifications to translate complex plans into functional installations. Troubleshoot radiant heat and plumbing systems in real-time to prevent project delays. Required Qualifications & Experience Current Journeyman Plumber's License with 2-3 years of experience in the field. Proven proficiency in reading and applying technical plans, drawings, and material specifications. Sound understanding of in-home customer sales for service calls Valid Driver's License and the ability to operate company vehicles safely. Physical ability to handle the rigors of heavy construction and plumbing installations. Demonstrated initiative and a solution-oriented approach to field challenges. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced knowledge of radiant heat systems and specialized commercial applications. Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a field environment. Proficiency using modern mobile technology for task management and documentation.
