Water Filtration Installer LUQ Water Houston Houston, TX Job Details Contract $350 - $900 a day 15 hours ago Qualifications Copper piping Water softener installation Water filtration systems Copper Full Job Description About the Role LUQ Water is a fast-growing company expanding across Florida, and we are now building a reliable installer network throughout Texas. We are actively hiring in the Greater Houston area . This is strictly an installation role—zero sales required . All jobs are pre-sold, priced, and scheduled for you. You simply show up, complete the professional installation, and get paid per job. What the Work Looks Like Once you are experienced, most installations take just 1-2 hours, depending on the home setup. You will start with a lighter workload while learning our process, then ramp up as local volume increases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install whole-home water filtration systems (Water softeners, carbon systems, and combo filtration/softener systems).
- Handle basic plumbing tie-ins, bypasses, and clean system setups.
- Pick up systems/materials and grab any basic additional supplies from Home Depot or Lowe's if needed.
- Review job details/photos before arrival, show up on time, and communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Submit completion photos after the job and immediately report any unexpected issues.
Training covers:
- Hands-on system walkthroughs and standard installation processes.
- System layout and bypass configuration.
- Pre- and post-installation checklists.
- Ongoing support whenever you need it.
Candidate Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
- Plumbing experience is required (must be comfortable working with PEX, copper, PVC, and CPVC).
- A truck, van, or suitable vehicle capable of transporting tanks.
- Basic tools required for residential plumbing work.
- A professional appearance, clear communication skills, and strong reliability.
- Ability to travel within your local service area. Preferred (But Not Required):
- Licensed plumber.
- Prior water softener or water filtration installation experience.
- Experience with residential service work.
