In this role, you will assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems . Your contributions will support the successful completion of plumbing projects by providing essential support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, safety-conscious, and possesses a strong work ethic to thrive in a dynamic environment. Duties Assist lead plumbers with the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Prepare sites by organizing tools and materials necessary for plumbing tasks. Use hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, and threading machines safely and effectively. Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper waste disposal procedures. Help with the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems. Operate power tools safely while following all safety guidelines related to power tool use. Participate in site safety meetings and adhere strictly to all safety standards and building codes. Qualifications Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and estimations accurately. Strong commitment to safety protocols, including power tool safety procedures. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
