Journeyman Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced 5 Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and site installation. This role involves installing, plumbing systems across various commercial projects. The Journeyman Plumber will work on-site, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Candidates must possess a valid TSBPE license Paying a $150 referral bonus (bring your friends) Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new commercial construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques for pipe fitting and assembly Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites Conduct system inspections to identify issues and perform troubleshooting as needed Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, HVAC, and general contractors to complete projects efficiently Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Valid Journeyman Plumber license or certification required Proven experience in construction plumbing, site installation, or related field service roles Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and mechanical components Skilled in soldering/ brazing, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Knowledge of remodeling, maintenance work, assembly tasks, and handyman skills is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites with minimal supervision Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in confined or elevated spaces for extended periods Valid driver's license for commercial driving preferred but not mandatory This position offers an opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to diverse construction projects.
