We are a growing residential plumbing team looking for a Service & Sales Plumber who understands that a great service call is about more than just fixing a leak—it's about building trust, educating the homeowner, and delivering peace of mind. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field. You will diagnose complex residential plumbing issues, present clear options and solutions to homeowners, and execute the work to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Expert Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems, including leak detection, drain cleaning, pipe installations, and high-end fixture updates.
Consultative Sales & Service:
Evaluate homeowners' plumbing systems, identify potential issues, and clearly explain repair or replacement options. Provide accurate upfront pricing and help clients choose the best solutions for their homes.
Customer Advocacy:
Deliver an unmatched customer experience by respecting the client's home, explaining complex issues in plain English, and ensuring total satisfaction before leaving the job site.
Precision Execution:
Utilize standard hand tools and advanced diagnostics (like pipe inspection cameras) to ensure all installations and repairs meet or exceed local code specifications.
Emergency Response:
Participate in a rotating, occasional emergency call-out schedule to support our clients when they need us most.
Preferred Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of dedicated residential plumbing service and repair experience.
Licensing:
Valid Plumbing License (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master). The "Service Mindset": Proven track record in residential sales and customer service. You know how to talk to homeowners, build rapport, and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong technical diagnostic abilities combined with a proactive attitude toward finding the most efficient, code-compliant solutions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently.
