Responsibilities Install new plumbing systems in residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, following blueprints and schematics. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to assemble plumbing components securely. Collaborate with construction teams on new builds to coordinate plumbing installations seamlessly. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for quality assurance. Skills Strong knowledge of construction practices with a focus on plumbing systems. Experience with construction plumbing installation and repair processes. Proficiency in pipe threading, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy-duty equipment safely and effectively. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
