Key Responsibilities In this role, you will act as a trusted residential plumbing expert, handling the following daily tasks: Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and install residential plumbing systems (including water, gas, drain, and sewer lines). Accurately install and repair various plumbing fixtures and home equipment. Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair options and providing transparent estimates to homeowners. Generate precise digital invoices and complete daily administrative documentation. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professional workplace conduct. Candidate Qualifications & Requirements To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Licensing:
Must possess an active and valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License.
Experience:
Proven background in residential service, troubleshooting, and repair.
Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history ( non-negotiable ).
Tech & Soft Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to comfortably use basic smartphone/computer applications.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate residential work environments (including attics, crawl spaces, and tight or elevated areas).
