Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Journeyman The Commercial Plumbing Journeyman installs plumbing systems on commercial jobs with minimal supervision while supporting the Foreman in meeting schedule and quality goals. This role requires strong technical ability, accountability, and leadership. Daily Routine & Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time and ready to work with tools, PPE, and a plan.
  • Review the day's tasks with the Foreman and help assign work to apprentices.
  • Install plumbing systems per plans, specs, code, and company standards.
  • Help track material needs and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Work safely and follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
  • Communicate progress, issues, and needs to the Foreman throughout the day.
  • Take ownership of productivity and quality. Expectations
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
  • Lead by example — attitude, teamwork, pace, and craftsmanship.
  • Support the Foreman by being proactive instead of waiting for direction.
  • Help build a solid team environment and pass knowledge down.
  • Always be learning and preparing for leadership roles. Requirements
  • 4-7 years commercial plumbing experience.
  • Ability to read plans and layout work.
  • Solid pipefitting and installation skills with various materials.
Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
