RESIDENTIAL

Licensed Service Technician. Position entails service work in homes and commercial properties. Service work includes, but not limited to diagnosis of clogs, drain cleaning, diagnosis, repair, and replacement of electric/gas water heaters, repair and replacement of faucets, diagnosis, repair, and replacement of leaky water lines, and drain lines, and diagnosis, repair, and replacement of gas lines. Person applying for position must be hardworking, punctual, presentable, possess initiative, reliable transportation, excellent people skills, and great communication skills.

SERVICE TITAN OR HOUSE CALL PRO EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

Must also be able to pass a back-ground check and drug screening..
