In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure is built to code, functioning efficiently, and delivered with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to contribute to high-quality construction outcomes. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and excellence in every task. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems during construction phases. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project progress. Follow all safety guidelines related to construction plumbing, welding, and site operations. Experience Proven field experience in construction plumbing or related trades within commercial or residential settings. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately. Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, installation of fixtures, and use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of HVAC systems and general mechanical principles relevant to plumbing installations. Familiarity with construction site safety practices and heavy lifting techniques. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work necessary for precise installations. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is a plus for site transportation needs.
