Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing components are correctly fitted, functioning efficiently, and meet all safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new building installations, contributing to the creation of safe and reliable infrastructure. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair work. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems. Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to connect various plumbing components securely. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a solid understanding of plumbing systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of HVAC systems and remodeling processes is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety standards. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport.
