Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary:
As a Service Plumber, you will perform residential plumbing services, including work on drains, water heaters, slab leaks, line locates, and plumbing fixtures in restrooms and kitchens. Candidates must hold a valid Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License (or be willing to obtain one) and have a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing services, including but not limited to water heater replacement/repair, fixture replacement, sewer, gas, and water service replacement. Diagnose and repair slab leaks, locate lines, and address drainage issues. Relight homeowner appliances once gas service is restored. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and excellent customer service. Maintain and operate a company-provided service truck, ensuring proper tools and equipment are on hand for jobs. Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes and regulations. Carries out additional responsibilities directed by leadership as needed.
Compensation Package:
Competitive base pay with weekly bonuses, incentives, and spiffs based on performance and efficiency. Commission pay opportunities.
Qualifications:
License/Certification:
Current Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License (Required). Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
Experience & Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and sewer/gas lines. Ability to troubleshoot effectively and deliver quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. At least 3 years of driving experience.
