We are looking for someone who can independently run plumbing service calls, diagnose problems, explain repair options to customers, complete quality repairs and installations, and help guide two apprentice plumbers as they continue developing their skills.

Compensation:

Piece rate, with expected annual earnings of approximately $50,000-$75,000 depending on experience and production

Schedule:

Full-time, primarily Monday-Friday. This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule and may occasionally be required to respond to emergency plumbing calls on evenings or weekends.

Company Vehicle:

Provided What You'll Do Run residential plumbing service and repair calls Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Present repair and replacement options to customers Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations Work alongside and provide guidance to two apprentice plumbers Help apprentices build skills while ensuring work is completed correctly and safely Perform work according to Utah plumbing code Communicate with the office regarding job status, parts, and scheduling Provide friendly, honest customer service Qualifications Current Utah Journeyman Plumber license Valid driver's license Ability to independently diagnose and complete residential plumbing repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable helping train and guide apprentice plumbers Dependable and able to manage a full service schedule Residential service experience preferred What We Offer Piece-rate compensation with opportunity to increase earnings through production Expected earnings of approximately $50,000-$75,000 annually Company vehicle Full-time weekday schedule Steady residential service work Two apprentice plumbers available to assist on jobs Office and dispatch support Opportunity to grow with a local company We're looking for a plumber who takes pride in their work, treats customers well, and is comfortable helping less-experienced plumbers grow while keeping jobs moving efficiently.
