You will own the install from start to finish and direct a helper. This role offers a company vehicle, steady year round work, and a clear path to grow. Key Responsibilities Lead residential plumbing installs including repipes, water heaters, and water treatment Plan and execute larger plumbing projects to code Direct and mentor an install helper on site Coordinate with dispatch and homeowners on scheduling and scope Ensure each install passes inspection and meets company standards Keep the job site clean, safe, and professional Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 3 or more years of residential plumbing install experience Journeyman plumbing license in the state of Utah preferred Experience leading installs and directing a helper Strong knowledge of water heaters, repipes, and water treatment systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre employment background check and drug screen Benefits Full time, year round work with a company vehicle and a clear path into field leadership.
