•Service & Detailed Oriented Plumbers!! Beehive Plumbing is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Plumbing Warranty Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for responding to warranty claims, service recalls, and quality assurance inspections on previously completed installations and repairs. The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who takes ownership of their work, communicates professionally, and is committed to solving problems correctly the first time. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve plumbing warranty, recall, and callback issues in residential and light commercial properties. Inspect previously completed installations to verify workmanship, code compliance, and system performance. Repair or replace plumbing components including water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and drainage systems as needed. Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent future callbacks. Communicate findings, repair options, and warranty coverage clearly and professionally with customers. Document inspections, repairs, and service outcomes accurately within company systems. Collaborate with installation, service, and management teams to address quality concerns and improve processes. Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Keep company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and service-ready. Represent Beehive Plumbing professionally in every customer interaction.
Requirements:
Qualifications 3+ years of residential plumbing service or installation experience. Experience diagnosing and correcting plumbing installation defects preferred. Journeyman Plumber License is a plus, Apprentice License required. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical job duties as required. Why Beehive Plumbing?
