In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, HVAC, and water systems across commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, meet all safety standards, and comply with local building codes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply, duct. drainage, and waste systems. Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to perform plumbing tasks on various construction sites. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs. Perform drain cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to clear blockages efficiently. Follow all safety protocols, adhere to local building codes, and maintain a clean work environment during projects. Assist with remodeling, assembly, and handyman tasks as needed to support project completion. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance. Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, use of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras. Knowledge of construction site procedures, safety standards, and local building codes. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience with commercial plumbing systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Capable of heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces, and performing physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly; familiarity with water systems is a plus.
