In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to various job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and augers; troubleshoot blockages or leaks promptly. Follow all safety protocols, adhere to local building codes, and maintain compliance with health regulations during all phases of work. Skills Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and repair. Proficiency in welding techniques and drain cleaning procedures. Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems including water distribution and waste management. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other relevant equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed. Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles safely; valid driver's license required. Familiarity with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety standards. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues. Heavy lifting capability for handling materials and equipment on construction sites or during remodeling projects. Handyman experience or background in remodeling adds value by supporting diverse project needs.
