Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Plumber with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance (residential & light commercial) Diagnose plumbing issues and provide efficient, long-term solutions Conduct drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and system troubleshooting Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, pricing, and recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work environment and service vehicle Complete service reports, invoices, and job documentation accurately Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards Participate in an on-call or rotating schedule as needed Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience (REQUIRED) Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drain cleaning, and diagnostics Ability to work within a 24/7 service schedule (on-call/rotating availability required) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and efficiently Compensation & Benefits $30-$40 per hour (based on experience) Company vehicle provided Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (available after 90-day probationary period) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid vacation after one year Opportunity for growth within a stable and expanding company Why Join Drain Dudes?
