Service Plumber

Looking for a plumber with solid residential/service experience who can handle their own work but also jump in with the crew when needed. Small business based in South Chesterfield. We do a mix of general construction, pipe work, and temporary chiller setups, with a strong focus on residential/service plumbing. You'll have access to a work van that's already set up and ready to go for service work. Most of our larger construction work is on base at Fort Lee Normal hours are 7:30-4/4:30 most days. Hours can vary week to week. We do our best to keep work moving, but cannot guarantee 40 hrs a week all the time. There are opportunities for overtime, but those are also not guaranteed. Must be able to access base (REAL ID or able to obtain one). Not looking for someone who knows everything. Just solid plumbing experience, willing to work, and able to figure things out.

Typical service work includes:

Water heater repair/replacement Fixture installs (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.) Leak repairs (copper, PEX, PVC) Drain clearing/basic troubleshooting Shut-off valve replacements Basic diagnostic work and repairs If you can handle most of the above, you'll be fine here.
