The ideal candidate will have experience in construction plumbing, pipe threading, and working on various construction sites. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and blueprints. The Plumber will also utilize mechanical knowledge, schematics, and hand tools to complete projects efficiently and accurately. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to plan work effectively Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly of plumbing components Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing systems and related mechanical work Work on construction sites performing heavy lifting and installation tasks Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC to ensure project completion Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using proper personal protective equipment Assist with site preparation, demolition, or remodeling as needed Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related trades Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and HVAC components Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong problem-solving skills with basic math aptitude for measurements and calculations Construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling or assembly projects preferred Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site access is a plus Handyman experience or carpentry skills are advantageous but not mandatory
