Service Plumber Wanted Temperanceville, VA | $60,000 to $100,000+ Precision Plumbing is hiring a residential service plumber. Set pay on every job, plus 10% of what you sell. How the pay works Flat rate pay + 10% commission. You get paid flat rate on the work you do, and 10% of everything you sell on top of that.

Flat rate:

$35 per book hour

Commission:

10% of your sales Weekly minimum of $800 while you get up to speed during training No cap on commissions The work Service and repair calls in homes, all day Find the problem, explain it plain, write up the options Water heaters, drains, fixtures, repipes Leave the house cleaner than you found it What we need from you 1+ year in residential service, or a Virginia journeyman card Clean driving record Willing to price the job and ask for the sale Show up on time and answer your phone What you get Stocked truck, gas card, uniforms Paid time off & 401k matching Training on the sales side if that part is new to you
