What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Residential Service Technician, you'll be the trusted professional our customers welcome into their homes. Every day brings something new — from repairing leaks and unclogging drains to installing fixtures and solving complex plumbing challenges. You'll work independently in the field while knowing our office team and fellow technicians always have your back.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations Diagnose issues, prepare estimates and explain solutions in a way customers can understand Provide honest, professional service focused on building long-term customer relationships Keep your company vehicle and tools organized and in great condition Attend and participate in team meetings and ongoing training Ensure all work is safe and performed to Washington code.
What We're Looking For:
Washington State Residential Plumber License ( PL01 or PL02 required ). OR licensed in another state and willing to obtain WA license Experience in residential service plumbing (2+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of Washington plumbing codes, safety practices and plumbing tools. Previous experience using Service Titan preferred A problem-solver who communicates well and treats customers with respect. Someone who works well independently but also enjoys being part of a supportive team. Self-motivated and dependable A Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces

Pay range of $60,000 - $100,000. This is a full commission role with our top techs earning $100,000 plus

Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year.
