LSM Heating Plumbing Electric — formerly Lynden Sheet Metal — has been serving Northwest Washington since 1940, and we're looking for an experienced PL01 Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. What We Offer $40-$60/hour, depending on experience Take-home company vehicle Primarily local and regional service work throughout Northwest Washington Full-time, year-round employment Monday-Friday day shift On-call rotation currently about once every 8-10 weeks Medical and vision insurance Voluntary dental, accident, and life insurance Up to 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays Retirement plan with 4% company match Company cell phone Company-Issued Apparel Employee discounts Professional development and growth opportunities You'll also have something smaller plumbing companies can't always offer: the support of an established plumbing, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and fabrication operation. When a commercial service call crosses into another trade, there are experienced people within the company who can help solve it. What You'll Be Doing Our commercial customers call us because they need someone who can figure out what's wrong and get it fixed.

What We're Looking For Required:
Current Washington State PL01 Journey Level Plumber certification Valid driver's license Strong commercial plumbing service and troubleshooting experience We're especially interested in someone who : Enjoys service and diagnostic work Can work independently without needing constant supervision Knows plumbing code and applies it in the real world Is comfortable communicating with commercial customers Takes pride in workmanship Is organized and dependable Works well with other trades when a problem is bigger than just plumbing Wants a long-term position with a stable local company We're not looking for someone to simply fill a truck. We want an experienced plumber whose judgment we can trust and who wants to be part of what we're building. Why LSM? LSM has been doing business here since 1940. We have long-term customers, established service departments, experienced field and office teams, and the resources of a multi-trade mechanical contractor behind our plumbers. We're large enough to provide stability, support, and opportunity — but still local enough that good employees are known and valued. If you're happy where you are, we understand. But if you've wondered whether there might be a better long-term fit out there, it's worth having a conversation. Apply today.
