We're looking for a skilled Residential Plumber to join our growing team. This is not service work. You'll be focused on rough-in plumbing for residential new construction and remodel projects, working alongside builders, other trades, and homeowners to install high-quality plumbing systems throughout Northwest Washington. Why Join LSM? $35-$45/hour, depending on experience and certification Full-time, year-round employment Monday-Friday schedule Medical and vision insurance Voluntary dental, accident, and life insurance Up to 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays Retirement plan with 4% company match Company-provided phone Company Issued-Apparel Employee discounts Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term career growth with a well-established company Supportive team and leadership that values craftsmanship and professionalism What You'll Be Doing As a Residential Rough-In Plumber, you'll play a key role in new construction and remodel projects throughout Northwest Washington, including: Installing DWV, water, and gas piping systems for new construction and remodel projects Performing underground rough-ins and top-outs Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing plumbing systems accurately and efficiently Installing tubs, showers, water heaters, fixtures, and finish plumbing components Working closely with project managers, builders, homeowners, inspectors, and other trades Ensuring all work meets Washington State plumbing codes and company quality standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site Identifying and resolving installation challenges before they become costly issues Completing projects on schedule while maintaining exceptional workmanship Who We're Looking For We're looking for a plumber who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that delivers high-quality homes.
