Overview All-Time Plumbing & Heating is a growing, family-owned plumbing company looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team! Duties Perform residential service plumbing repairs and installations Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best repair or replacement options Complete water heater repairs and replacements Work on faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water lines, leaks, sewer/drain issues, and other residential plumbing systems Install and service water filtration, softener, and water treatment systems Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs Provide accurate estimates and discuss options and financing with homeowners Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment Follow company safety and quality standards Skills Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber License required Residential service plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Professional communication and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, dependable, adaptability, respectful, quality, integrity.
