Full-time Job Description Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a family-owned plumbing contractor based in Selah, WA. We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our small, experienced team. This position offers steady, year-round work, competitive pay, and an excellent work-life balance — no sales quotas and home every night. Our work is primarily commercial new construction (approximately 85%), with some residential projects mixed in. What You'll Be Doing Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on commercial and residential job sites Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors, and supervisors Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30 PM Rare on-call or weekend work Job sites in Yakima and surrounding areas Company vehicles provided for work use (not taken home) Paid drive time Pay & Benefits $35•43/hour, depending on experience Paid drive time Health insurance Personal time off Paid holidays Company-provided truck and tools Stable, year-round employment Supportive, small-team environment Requirements Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Trainees may be considered Why Work at Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating?
