Job Description

We are seeking a skilled dual-carded Journeyman Service Plumber licensed in both Oregon and Washington to join our team. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and equipment, as well as providing excellent service and selling plumbing work. You will work on a variety of projects in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate has proven plumbing experience (service-focused preferred), a strong background in customer service, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Duties:
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and equipment (residential and commercial)
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs with precision and care
  • Perform plumbing installations according to local codes and regulations (including Oregon and Washington codes)
  • Sell plumbing service and work to customers while prioritizing clear communication and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Test plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and code compliance
  • Provide guidance and training to apprentices when necessary
  • Qualifications:
  • Oregon and Washington Journeyman Plumbing Licenses (both required
  • dual-carded)
  • Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber in both commercial and residential settings
  • Strong service plumbing experience preferred
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Familiarity with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC), and Washington plumbing codes/regulations (WAC)
  • Ability to use hand tools and specialized plumbing equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code, and Washington plumbing codes/regulations
  • Experience working with hand tools and specialized plumbing equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing practices
  • High attention to detail and quality control
