This role is built for plumbers who take pride in clean work, clear communication, and professional customer service. You'll have real autonomy in the field, strong operational support behind you, and a compensation structure that rewards performance - not just hours on the clock . We are selective about who we bring on because our customers and our team matter . What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems independently Perform residential service work including: Water heaters (tank & tankless) Water filtration and treatment systems Fixture installation and repair Leak detection, valve replacements, and pressure issues Drain troubleshooting and service repairs Toilets, faucets, sinks, and garbage disposals Conduct whole-home inspections and system evaluations Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, tenants, and property managers Accurately document job notes, photos, and materials in ServiceTitan Coordinate with dispatch and internal support teams What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting skills and independent decision-making ability Hands-on field experience with residential service and light installation plumbing Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred Willingness to complete a 30-day initial training and ride-along onboarding period Tools, Training & Support Company service vehicle, fully stocked and equipped Paid training and continuing education Licensing maintenance and renewal support Office, dispatch, and operational support so you can focus on service and production Compensation Structure Competitive hourly base pay (based on license level and experience) Additional earning opportunities including: Sales commission Sell-and-perform tiered commissions Performance-based spiffs Earning potential scales with production, quality, and customer satisfaction Schedule Full-time position Typically Monday-Friday Optional weekend and emergency coverage available with additional compensation Overtime and on-call rotation may apply
