You'll be expected to: Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth scheduling and job flow. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues with professionalism and precision. Provide exceptional service to our customers, including responding to emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicle and equipment. Uphold the company's standards and represent our values in every interaction. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience (required). Valid Driver's License (required). Current Journeyman License (PL01 or PL02) or Plumbing Apprentice License (w/2000 hours +) (preferred). Proven ability to generate $35,000+ in monthly revenue (training and support provided). Strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional weekends.
