Reshaping HR is a consulting firm who does the first-round interviews for our clients (You will work directly for them.) This Appleton area company has offered residential and commercial services for many years and is looking to expand their plumbing team.
Responsibilities :
Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, dishwasher, garbage disposals and sump pumps Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Follow building plans and blueprints. Prioritize, schedule and assign work. Provide technical training and guidance. Serve customers by offering value added and multiple solutions. Adapt to challenging situations. Mentor/Train/Lead new hires and crewLead Plumber Qualifications:
Applicants need to be a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber. Excellent Communication skills/ Self-motivated Working knowledge of plumbing fixtures, drain systems, plumbing systems and codes. Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures Ability to deal with challenging situations Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics Valid driver's license and good driving record are required. (DMV report will be conducted before making a job offer.) Must be able to lift, twist, bend, and work in smaller enclosed spaces on a daily basis. Maintain and update knowledge of current plumbing standards/codes. Successful completion of a drug test and background check.Hours:
Approximately 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday with occasional on call time required. Pay forLead Plumber:
$38.00/hour - $45.00/hour.Benefits:
This company pays 50% of the health premium and 100% of all other insurance such as Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, Eye and Dental.
