Duties Work directly alongside a Master Plumber on real service calls Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings Gain hands-on field experience Learn the trade from the ground up with the goal of building a long-term career Requirements Must be ON TIME — punctuality is non-negotiable Valid Driver's License Must pass a background check and drug test High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Mechanical aptitude — comfortable with tools and hands-on problem solving Basic math skills — measuring, calculating, reading diagrams Strong work ethic — self-motivated and takes direction well Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight/confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics) Compensation & Opportunity $25/hr paid working interview — paid at end of day Apprenticeship sponsorship available for the right candidate Build a real career, not just a job — licensed plumbers earn $50+/hr Application Question(s): This position requires a pre-employment background check as a condition of employment.
